I'm Bryan. Fort Erie AI is me, one developer in Fort Erie putting AI to work for businesses.
I've spent 20 years building and running the systems behind a large contact-centre operation. I led its move to NICE CXone across 300+ agents and 150,000+ calls a day, and I look after the systems it runs on: Finvi's Artiva, Customer Dynamics' dialer, and the Python that ties them together. Over the past year I've put AI to work on all of it: API toolkits, reporting no vendor offered, and a knowledge system my manager now works from. After hours I build with AI too: the pipeline that built this site and my clients' sites, a memory system so my AI remembers what I've worked on with it, and private AI running on my own servers.

Not yet. I'm a full-time developer and run Fort Erie AI alongside it, so I take on a few projects at a time and tell you honestly when I can start.
